BikeToronto.ca is a news service to the residents of Toronto keeping them informed of cycling issues and developments in the city. To that end we are conducting a survey of all candidates for Toronto City Council in the 2003 municipal election. The responses to the survey will be collected and posted on the BikeToronto.ca web site so voters can be aware of the candidates' positions on cycling issues.
